The Odds & Ends textiles are produced in Portugal with 100% cotton industry remainders. That’s small batches of yarn that are left over from other productions.

Colourful home textiles made of industry leftovers!

When factories dye yarns to weave textiles, they make some extra-just in case-but they often go unused. The Odds & Ends textiles are designed to get the most out of these remainders, creating unexpected colour combinations.

This towel comes in a design called checkered check; it’s a check on top of a check. This double check allows for a fun collaboration of the different remainders used on the warp and weft. The towel is woven on a jacquard machine and comes with the same signature striped edge as the other Odds & Ends textiles. It’s now even more colourful, with more remainders on the warp – creating a patchwork of different checks.

Care and Laundry Instructions

All Odds & Ends textiles can be washed in the cotton program of your washer at 30 degrees Celsius with similar colours. Using detergent for colour will keep colours bright for a long time. Line drying will also extend the life cycle off Odds & Ends. If the water in your area is rich in lime, you can treat your towels and washing machine with a citric acid or vinegar rinse from time to time to soften them.
