This month I share another part of my life which helps me keep balanced, connected and able to handle the demands of work:life balance. Running any business involves being a multi-tasker with many jobs requiring time sitting in front of a screen.
The best way I find to counter that is I teach Pilates. My background is Physiotherapy (although always creating and crafting in my free time!). I started teaching Pilates in 2004 and have my own classes in Nelson teaching 2 days a week.
